INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ART SCHOLARSHIP/B.F.A.
SLIDE PORTFOLIO

DEPARTMENT OF ART AND ART HISTORY

You must submit a portfolio consisting of 5-20 35mm slides as part of your application to the Bachelor of Fine Arts Undergraduate Program.

Each slide must contain your name, medium, size of work and date of completion. Slides must appear in chronological order-earliest to most recent.

Slides must be accompanied by a Slide Inventory List. The same information which appears on each slide must appear on this list in same order in which they will appear on the screen.

Slides must be set for viewing in Kodak Carousel slide tray (Transvue 80). You must wrap the top of the carousel box (TOP ONLY) and address the cover to yourself and apply return postage. International applicants should enclose a check or money order to cover return postage charges if they wish to have their slides returned.

Please specify on the box whether the postage is for Parcel Post or Priority Mail. You must then wrap the ENTIRE carousel box and address it to the address listed below. Portfolios which are not properly submitted WILL NOT be considered. ALL other undergraduate application material (Parts 1 and 2) must be sent to the University Office of Admissions. The DEADLINE for all application materials is March 1 st. Material received after this date will not be considered.
