Gorgeous vistas are plentiful in Florence. Here is Giotto's bell tower as seen from the top of Brunelleschi's Dome at top of the cathedral. It is a demanding and somewhat claustrophobic climb but well worth the effort. For a sense of scale if you look carefully you can just barely see some fellow tourists who opted to climb Giotto's tower. They are the specks on the walkway just below the tower's roof. | ||||||||||
